I have been into forex trading since 2009 February, learning from scratch.
Almost 5 years..
I am using mainly trendlines for trading.
Moving averages on h4 only for long term trending decision making.
After reading The Playbook: An inside look at how to think like a professional trader I think I should create my own playbook as well.
Might not as detailed as it is, I am still reading about 50 pages++, but still, from now on, I want to record every trades I entered, and find the best setup!
My current trade still holding for the GBP/USD pair.
I traded most in GBP/JPY pair.
My MT4 is from Oanda.
Actual floating spread from Oanda is around 2 pips at no news period.
Long legged shooting star and bearish engulfing on the H4 chart, and Friday NFP data was better than expectation.
Let's see how it goes next week.
GBP/JPY chart, once the support broken should be able to head down for another 100pips+ range.
